Kundagannada dialect


Kundagannada or Kundapura Kannada[1] is a dialect of Kannada[2] Spoken in Kundapura Taluk of Udupi district, Karnataka.[1] .[1]
It is also called as Kota Kannada as it is spoken by people of Kota and Kota brahmins of Karnataka.
Kundagannada is spoken by majority of people north of Udupi taluk which comprises Kundapura and siddapura.
